First step
Meet our Engineering Managers
After a chat with Talent Partner you'll talk with two engineering managers about your experience and how we work at Abios -challenges, team setup, and collaboration.
Time: 60 minutes (remote)
The technical stage
Showcase your technical skills
We’ll send you a case designed to mirror challenges from our actual product. Then we meet in person to walk through your approach with one of our engineers and a manager.
Time: 75 minutes (on-site)
Soft skills & team meet
Soft skills & team meet
We’ll explore how you collaborate, give feedback, and solve everyday problems in a team setting. You’ll also get to meet potential teammates - chance to learn how their everyday looks like.
Time: 60 minutes (on-site)
